Outstanding guidance
Outstanding assistance in guiding and motivating me to therapy exercises. Cheryl, my coach, showed me video exercises specific for me and communicates back every day. I seem to be doing better with a knee issue and able to run more comfortably. Even if I forget, I get an email report reminder. Great motivator. Thank you Cheryl Wollett.

Experienced physical therapist provided excellent guidance and follow up, prescribing appropriate exercises that have greatly reduced pain and restored mobility for tennis.

Angela Lee has been very supportive and encouraging along the way. She helped me with the special exercises for strengthening my back using video instructions / demos. Her almost daily check in is a great reminder to stick to the exercise regiment and do whatever I can to continue with the program. I recommend warmly this site and program.

I have been very happy
I have been very happy with the interaction and help that I have received from Cheryl, the online PT that has helped guide me through some painful injuries. Besides having knee issues, I have been dealing with IT band, hip and achilles tendinitis for over a year and Cheryl has sent me some videos to help ease some of my pain and stiffness to help get me moving better. She even guided me with some other exercises while I was seeing a PT that my dr ordered. Between seeing my own PT and Cheryl I am feeling a lot better than I did before, so thank you for offering this service.
