Never got my order! Management needs to be improved
I bought a pack of seeds for $200 and never received it. I called Health ranger store and they said they would send a replacement in a week. Never got a replacement so I called to just get a refund. I never got a refund either. The management team is terrible. They need to learn how to make things right with the customer. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank.

Please note that before we can consider an order as lost, an investigation must be conducted. In some cases, packages may be delivered to a neighboring address or the wrong house, which is why this step is necessary.
Additionally, as the missing item was fulfilled by a third-party vendor, we are required to coordinate with them and await their response or confirmation before taking further action. This process may contribute to a longer resolution time.
Since a chargeback has already been filed for this order, we are unfortunately unable to proceed further on our end. At this point, we must await the outcome of the bank’s investigation and resolution.

I am always happy with Health Ranger Store. Whatever I am looking for, I know that it will be the best quality. I have several items on a monthly subscription and have always received the items on time with proper billing. But for me, I think that knowing that the supplements and food items are of the best quality with low toxicity is the major reason for shopping here. That being said, I also love the fact that Brighton/Mike Adam’s supports so many that are in need, especially after a natural or not so natural disaster occurs. All around 5+ ⭐️

The products come timely and so I appreciate that this company is dependable!
Always shipped in a timely manner and packaged well. Don't know how many times I have received damaged items from merchants who don't know how to pack their products. This is NOT the problem with Health Ranger. Love their products too!!!
