False advertising. When you initially apply online by entering in all pertinent information, you get a notification that you are approved for a certain dollar amount. The local branch then contacts you, takes additional information then has you come in only to tell you that you don't qualify for a loan. I've heard of others making less than $30k a year and credit score in the 400s getting approved, but I was denied and I earn $42k with a score in the upper 500s. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and my state's Attorney General office as Heights Finance is not practicing fair credit laws.

Hello, well, I don't have the best credit score but the manager and staff were kind enough to give me a chance to raise my score and get the money I needed at that time.That was about 5 years ago and since that time about 6 years ago I have had many loans with them and my credit score has only went up. which is very important to me to have decent credit and be able to pay my bills. So that is why I highly recommend doing business with these fine folks.
