DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used a $50 advance once only for them to charge me an 8.99 subscription after I paid back the $50. They will not refund and every time I try to cancel the subscription (that I never signed up for) suddenly the app crashes and I’m unable to update my account. Everything else works fine but when I try to get ride of the egregious subscription the app stops working and they just have an annoying bot answer the chats with zero actual ppl. Disgusting company targeting the least protect group in this country, the poor.

To cancel your Brigit subscription, head to “My Brigit” in your Brigit app or "Settings" on the website by logging into app.hellobrigit.com/login. You will never be charged more than 30 days after you cancel your subscription (we charge for the previous billing period of usage, not the following). If you’re still having trouble, please contact us at hellobrigit.com/support.

They are nothing but scammerers, keep trying to pull money out of ur account before the payment is even due, takes so long to take a payout because they are hoping u get overdraft in ur account, they is the worst ever, nothing but a headache, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and they charges u for too many subscriptions when u only suppose to get charged once a month, Brigit really sucks and u can't even speak to a live agent.
