I originally ordered 3 products but accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address. Although the delivery failed twice because of my mistake, the seller promptly resent the order each time. On the third attempt, after I provided the correct address, I finally received the products. I truly appreciate that they never charged me any additional shipping fees despite the repeated deliveries caused by my own error. They went above and beyond to ensure the package reached me, demonstrating exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. I am extremely happy and highly satisfied with their service. I will definitely order from them again and wish them every success. Highly recommended!
I love Bubble Skincare. This was my first time purchasing from the website and I was able to try some new products that I can’t find locally. Bubble is one of the very few brands of skincare that I’ve used that doesn’t cause my skin to be red, flare, have breakouts or become oily. 100 percent balanced beautiful skin every single time no matter what product. I am 35 years old and had perfect skin until my mid twenties. Since then I’ve tried hundreds of products. Very few like Chanel, Estee Lauder, Medicube, Good Molecules and a couple others have been comparable to Bubble. Bubble is my permanent go to due to the quality and price. I without hesitation will always recommend bubble skincare to anyone. I am patiently waiting for them to create pimple patches 💕🤣
My only complaint with ordering directly from the Bubble website is the shipping time took way longer than it should have - it shipped a day or so after I made an inquiry to customer service. I placed my order on 6/8 and it didn’t ship until 6/24. It took 16 days. I was extremely disappointed in time to ship as I really needed the products.
Two of the items are missing their attaws (or have come off inside) to get the product out. The bottle have to be opened and poured put. They arrived this way and it's inconvenient.
The bottle came loose in the packaging and, when i went to open it and use it, the top came off and all the liquid spilled all over my kitchen floor. So i have no idea if the product is any good. I sent an email 2 weeks ago to their customer service and nobody responded.
I haven’t bought anything from Bubble that I don’t love! Their products are amazing. I have mature sensitive skin and every product I have used has been wonderful for my skin.
