Be ware that using the platform got…
Be ware that using the platform got charged of Euro 35, written in LONG terms and conditions instead of the checking out. It is a bit misleading and surprise to me. So it added up the bill for one-time service a lot. The cleaner is not really good too (although it scored 5)

Service quality
I was really pleased with my previous cleaner from Helpling - when she decided to stop working with Helpling it was useful to get the email and link to find a new cleaner directly from Helpling, however there don't seem to be too many cleaners in my area.

I'm happy with the service, customer care has always sending messages and available to help any time. In my view, one point to improve is how the app works, I had tried to cancel and edit my appointments and was not able to do it, but fortunately the customer care had helped me with it.

Booking process ok
Positives: Website comms quite good. Negatives: Booking process a little bit cumbersome. E.g. cannot easily check details of proposed cleaners without having to start the whole booking again.
