Very helpful staff and customer service. Their platform is very easy to use and most of the helpers I've found on their platform seem to be very professional with what they do. The communication between you and Helpling is pretty smooth, they help you along the way especially if there are changes, etc
I have been a Helpling customer for two years. So far, I engage 1 helper throughout this period. The booking is easy via Helpling app. I can modify my bookings within the tip of my fingers. If I have queries with my bookings or their helper, I can do this via WhatsApp platform. It is very easy, convenient, and hassle-free. Thank you, Helpling, for the tip-top service thus far.
