I never signed up for a subscription so please don’t change my credit card again. The tea is ok but I thought it would come as loose tea which I prefer.

Came quickly- one of the best tasting - wellness teas, I have ever tasted. Would definitely repurchase when the time comes. I don't know what kind of actual health they're supposed to have.But I have noticed after three days, my body just feels better, digestive system is working at a whole new level. Hoping it helps with my lymphatic system
Rough delivery….
Delivery was a little rough, drawn out and ridiculous but I blame the carrier. Once the tea arrived I decided to come up with a plan to see how effective it is by itself, with meds, and with food. This week I will see how it does by itself by drinking hot 2 hours before meals, meds, exercise and food. I have a CGM so I will have history as long as I note when I took it and what my number is. For now, I can only review how it tastes and smells. First the smell is pleasing to the nose and not repulsive and as for the taste, I actually liked it. It was smooth, flavorful and aromatic. No aftertaste and no bitterness. No need for any sweetener at all.
