Please know we absolutely stand by our money-back guarantee (free look period) and want to quickly resolve your frustration. I did confirm that your cancellation request was processed on August 11, 2025 (5 days ago when we last spoke with you), and Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company has already sent the cancellation form via USPS mail per your request. Physical mail typically takes 1–2 weeks to arrive (this weekend is still probably too soon to expect delivery), but if you’d prefer to complete the process more quickly, you also have the option to upload your cancellation directly through Lincoln Heritage’s policyholder portal at https://service.lhlic.com. Our team, including Jamie, made several attempts to connect you directly with me so I could personally help expedite the process; unfortunately, you hung up before we could assist you further. Please know that I remain available and more than willing to assist you directly to make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible. We sincerely value the trust you placed in us and want to ensure this process is completed smoothly for you. I will attempt to contact you directly again when Lincoln Heritage's offices open on Monday to help walk you through the online process for expediting your cancellation request.
