I just received my dress I ordered nearly 4 wks ago.The size is ridiculous far too big and the quality is very poor.Tried to phone the company about a return,but a sham phone number .please be aware of this company.

The items I ordered are inferior - the paint patterns are smeared and the dress I received isn't even the one I ordered!! Now they want to give me 30% back and I can keep the inferior items? Their return policy clearly states if the item is incorrect or defective they will pay the return freight. I've emailed them one last chance to make this right or I think I will just dispute with my credit card company.

I received a fraud alert when trying to pay via a secure source, which was followed up by a message from my bank saying they had blocked the payment due to the company being potentially fraudulent. Be careful out there. Cheers

Wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering the top and sweatshirt. It’s been a month and no sign of order. I keep checking and it’s not even been shipped. I emailed requesting my money back and nothing. Total scam. I’ve wasted £60+ for nothing. Since posting this I have received a full refund. The clothes I ordered looked lovely online but it was taking too long to be shipped I lost trust in company so I can’t comment on quality of items. All the same I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a top that showed a lacy effect front and back. The top I received was a solid nylon with just a false picture of any lace. How this company has any sales is beyond me‼️ My guess it’s pretty much one and done with anyone who trusted this company.
The company email address is not legit. I have three items I want to return. I will contact American Express if they do not respond to this review. Horrible materials. NOT as Pictured. The customer service email address is not a valid email address. scammmmmmmmers! Do not buy! Also reporting this company to Better Business and Meta/ Facebook telling them not to sell this fraudulent product! Respond or pay the consequences!
I was so excited about this company, When Items showed up I was so upset. Awful quality. Sweatshirt was not even close to being a sweatshirt. The other sweatshirt had a print on it, when in the picture looked like cutouts. I guess that I can use them for cleaning or something! Was told by rep that I could not return as the clothes were from China. So.....They said that they would give me back 20 percent. Never happened! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
This clothing is just awful. I can’t even describe the fabric, it’s GROSS AND IT SMELLS.I bought 3, what I thought were sweatshirts but the fabric is like a rayon or polyester blend, It looks nothing like it did on line. Buyer be ware, really check it out first. Returns are impossible and it all comes from China. Absolutely horrible clothing and company. DON’T BE FOOLED. Here is another review by a customer…. Nothing like photos, not even close, total crap. Cheap clothing. China cheap silky tops, not cotton sweatshirts. So disappointed. These are absolute junk. Not even sure what to do with them. There has to be a way to turn them in for false advertising.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. These are not "sweatshirts" as we know them. They are cheap imitations made of some sort of polyester. They are not worth the price I paid of $29.99 a piece for 3 of them! They are like something you might get from Temu, but at a much lower price. The pictures are so deceiving. My message to everyone is "Do NOT buy from this place or anyone else that are showing the same sweatshirts.
Took forever to receive shirt. Nothing like picture, no labels on shirt, made in china, cheap, cheap material. Definately not as pictured, not cotton linen blend. And when you inquire about returning item, they only refund 30%!! I was not allowed to return item for full refund. Horrible horrible company!!!
UPDATE to reply to vendor reply. You state in your reply to my review that you coordinate returns. This is not true. I finally did receive a response to my return request with an offer to refund 20% of my cost because the return would have to go to China. This still left me with two shirts that I paid $30 each for that I will never wear for anything more than yard work or painting. My initial review stands. This site states that items will be shipped within three days of order. I ordered on November 10, 2024. This order included a Thanksgiving shirt. I didn't receive my order until December 5, 2024. The quality of the shirts I ordered was not as pictured. I opted to keep one of the shirts only because it was a Christmas shirt. I immediately contacted Hippiesale to return the balance of my order. Today is December 13 and I've gotten nothing. I has no idea at the time of ordering that this was coming from China. Very unhappy with order. While I seem to be stuck with these poor quality shirts, I have not hesitated to warn others about shopping from Hippiesale. Never again!
Shouldn’t get one star. Fabric is plastic fibers not as advertised. Strong odor. No garment labels for content. Merchant will offer a 30% discount to keep them (I wouldn’t even donate these) or require shipment back to China. They say return policy is clear- no, it was not. Still fighting this.
Buyer beware!! This company ships from China and it takes nearly a month to receive your items. The items look nothing like the pictures! The designs are printed on the cheap fabric. One of the tops I ordered that looked like it was embroidered was just a bad printed top. The clothes are awful and they make you send them back to China which you have to pay for!! A total rip off company. I wish someone would have warned me before I got ripped off!!😠😠😡😠😡😡 😡
