Listing states that the items will arrive 3-5 business days. I ordered Mother’s Day shirts on 4/29, and paid for skip the line. The proof was sent and approved on 4/30. It SHOULD have been arriving, at the lasted, on 5/7, but the tracking number states that it will be arriving on 5/12, two days after Mother’s Day and 8 business days from when the proof was accepted, 9 from the initial order. The items thereby are pointless, and we are out $130. I worked within the print on demand industry, and this is not at all acceptable to large scale practices.

Ordering and shipping were easy. The quality? Not great. One pic of my dog is just a black spot on a black shirt. Very disappointed in that. The other five pics are good! I feel like i should have been notified of that prior to shipping. I paid extra for skipping the line so maybe they rushed making it. Live and learn.
