Thank you for your feedback; we're actually considering this and looking to implement it in the future. However, at Hodlnaut, we focus on maintaining higher interest rates vs. other platforms that incentivizing withdrawals but offering lower interest rates. In the end, we understand that as users, you want the best of both worlds, but it needs to be sustainable so that both Hodlnaut and users can benefit in the long term.
Staff at Hodlnaut are helpful. Would be five stars, if it wasn’t for the over-the-top identification process. They were already furnished with a validated facsimile of my passport and driver licence, yet they still insisted on a video recording of my voice. Their excuse is Singaporean government regulation, but so far other firms are not following suit with this excessive data collection.

Hi Jens, for all non face-to-face verifications, it is required in Singapore’s MAS regulation to obtain information that uniquely identifies the individual, based on the individual’s biometrics (ie. face or fingerprint recognition). In this case, we are using Onfido’s liveness test to ensure that the person behind the camera and the person submitting the documents is the same individual. This is to address the risks arising from the theft and misuse of individual’s personal information through non face-to-face channels. Thank you for your feedback, we'll take it into consideration for future identification processes! :)
Bait and switch, forcing KYC and won't accept legitimate information I am submitting, effectively stealing my money. Don't use!!!

Hi there, the KYC and AML process was implemented in compliance with regulations in Singapore. We've allowed users to withdraw their funds at no cost (us bearing the miner fees) when we announced it back in Jul.
If you need further clarifications, please email to [email protected].
Thanks.
