Arlene is always quick to respond, explaining things in terms I understand and presenting options with helpful guidance. Our refi was so painless and when I’ve had had questions about heloc, she’s been a great source of info. Always kind, honest and respectful.

Working with HomeBridge was an amazing experience and this all comes down to working with Judy Haller and Cindy Martin, it was such a pleasure working with both of them, as they made this difficult process smooth and as seamless as possible. Judy and Cindy were so reliable when it came to replying to my emails, answering any questions, and being so efficient in getting through this process with me. I came across HomeBridge and Judy's team while working with NVR Mortgage initially and working with NVR Mortgage was not a pleasant experience, to say the least. But HomeBridge was such an amazing experience. If it was possible, I would give Judy's Team 10 Stars because they were that good at handling my loan application. I will make sure to recommend my family and friends to HomeBridge from now on because they are simply that great. Judy Haller you are AMAZING.

Frank has been my go to for the last 10 years. He has been an incredible resource not only to my family, but friends as well. He is always straightforward and honest. You never feel pressured and he is honest in his evaluation of your property and values. He personalizes your plan to fit your financial needs and shows you the pros and cons of multiple situations. You never feel like just a number with Frank, you feel like family. He stays in communication even after you refinance or buy or sell, this lets you know he genuinely cares about the work he has done for you. When it wasn’t a smart financial decision for me to refinance at one point he was up front about it, he could have made $ just the same, but rather he put my financial health above his potential financial gain. My wife and I inquired on a FHA loan, and after consulting with Phil Bruni at Homebridge, he told us some things to work on. After working on said things we did exactly what he said to do, and 6 mos later in November we get pre qualified letter, we found a house that we liked and made an offer on a house and had keys in January….. Cody was truly a breath of fresh air to work with. He always held constant communication with me and really eased the process of buying a home. Monica went above and beyond to get the house I wanted. She explained everything to me and very detailed oriented. Didn’t matter what time or day it was she was always there for me even with the most simplest questions. I appreciate all the work she did for me and my spouse.

Bad! Bad! Bad!!! I’m so incredibly disappointed with the service this company provided, Go somewhere else unless you want to lose money!!! They screwed me up twice... Now I’ve to pay MORE THAN 5K in fees (see attached pic for proof) for a mistake they have already made once before. I’m a first-time homeowner and ended up buying two houses with the help of Julie Jackson as my financial advisor. After numerous confirmations from her that the HOA of the second house will be paid together with the monthly mortgage... Later I found out that wasn’t the case and I've unpaid HOA bills + $500 in late fees. I let Julie know and I asked her to confirm that the first house wouldn’t have the same problem and she told me not to worry and everything was alright. Fast forward a few months later I received a mailed letter of a whole year worth of HOA bills + $5,415.66 for the late fee for a mistake she could've prevented already. Imagine what mistakes she could make with such important purchases such as your loan etc.
