The Lifetime guarantee is real. My clasp on my necklace was not connecting and I contacted customer service to see if they could repair it or replace the clasp for me. They did one better, they reminded me of my lifetime guarantee and replaced my necklace with the same product but with an updated clasp. I was very happy and am proud to be a customer.

Lost in transit my order I've been…
Lost in transit my order I've been waiting over 3 weeks. It should had be expedited at this point. I should have got a phone call. Customer service should had been tracking to find out if order are arriving in a timely fashion. It sat on tracking system in one place for 10 days after 3rd they should've been on to send out another order without me contacting them and a level of notification to state they are aware.

Great look and reaction, minor opportunity for improvement
Wonderful project, shipped very timely! I love the look of the gemstones bracelet and the chain. I get compliments each time I wear the set! The only call out is that it does snag on things, you must be very careful while wearing them. Other than that they are awesome.

The chain itself is very nicely designed. It gets tons of compliments when noticed. My only downside for the 4-Star rating is that a few of the small side cubic stones somehow came out. It doesn’t make a noticeable difference. But I would hope it would’ve been more durable than that. Especially considering I have not dropped or banged into anything to cause it.
