What people say

It doesn't deserve ANY STAR.

It doesn't deserve ANY STAR. Absolute scam, rip off, etc etc. I selected a coat and a jacket which cost me nearly £90.00 UK Sterling. They must have taken the photos from another site. What I eventually received bears not the slightest resemblance to my order. It's not the same fabric, collar, buttons, length, and most importantly Style. How are these companies allowed to trade in an International Market place ? Why aren't they shut down, or banned from trading in the UK, though I realise its not that simple. DREADFUL, AWFUL PEOPLE WITH NO CONSCIENCE

Wish I looked up the store before buying

They have improved the scam. I bought 9 sweaters and got the cheap knock offs of the sweaters. Want to return they say email. I emailed and got a response of the return policy. With the amount I spent I was willing to pay for shipping to get my money back. No reply since then it’s been almost 2 days. There return policy is you need to return the clothes to them within 14 days. Don’t think it is going to happen I’m not buying from anywhere but, the main brand stores from now on.

🚨AVOID🚨AVOID 🚨AVOID this company

🚨AVOID🚨AVOID 🚨AVOID this company. They are a FRAUDULENT ONLINE SERVICE. What you see IS NOT what you will get, and on complaining, THEY WILL BLOCK YOU. I ordered a garment of a specific colour, consisting of a geometric pattern print (bold diagonal lines) from their (now realised) DECEPTIVE WEBSITE. They posted the wrong colour that was plain (no geometric pattern print) made of the most inferior quality material. The item received bore ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE to the one advertised, ordered and paid for. After two frustrating weeks of written complaints and receiving intermittent nonsense replies from “Mary”, I was blocked 🚫, making it impossible to pursue this highly unsatisfactory service for an agreeable resolve. 🚨BE warned! HONORIAL IS RATED HIGH ON THE SCAM COMPANY LIST DETECTOR. 🚨YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Clothes delivered but after reminder

Clothes delivered but after reminder. Two items do not have the right colors, one item is not that of the order, one item does not match in material (95% cotton 5% nylon on the site) is 100% nylon. I do not recommend this site, which advertises on Pinterest (site reported on the social network which does not react). I am waiting for the second part of my order.

Honorial is a trading scam

The company is a scam. I ordered pretty pastel coloured dresses with "Japanese art linen" in the title description. I received the cheapest synthetic drab overalls, badly made, in garish colours, with some spots. I sent photos to Honorial, immediately packed them in the same parcel as instructed (parcels have return labels on them) and sent to Koln (I live in Germany), where they came from. Parcels were accepted at the post office, but returned back to me a day later. So the 14 days return mentioned in the conditions is a lie. All this time I have been corresponding with them, asking to send me a proper return sticker. They made sure they dragged time, emails from the "company" arrived as "copy and paste" half-literate sentences, sometimes with "honorial", other times from "honorary" in the email address, all from hotmail, (legitimate businesses don't use hotmail!). Emails offered first 15% discount, then 25%, then 30%, ignoring my request for a return sticker. One email said "return to China", giving some Chinese address. There is no telephone number, no company address or registration number. It looks like the scam is multi-layered, the original pictures of "Japanese linen dress" come from a design company and distributed all over internet, whilst the awful polyester products are copied in sweatshops and forced on customers. Returns are not possible. Discount is purely a matter of how much this company steals - $100 or $70. It is still a theft. The experience needs to be investigated by digital trade commissions (I must pursue this). Don't buy and get ripped off, friends.

This so called store doesn't deserve…

This so called store doesn't deserve even 1 star....its a fraudulent business.....a red flag went up when I didn't get a confirmation for my order.....I immediately called my credit card company but I still don't know if they will refund my money....I tried to cancel my I order w/ this Honorial Co. And got nowhere....just this week I received 2 of the 3 items I had ordered and they were nothing like the pictures of the items.....cheap material....no packing slip and no where to return the items.....do not order from this outfit...they are not legit !!

Stay away from this scam company.

Stay away from this scam company. They advertise cotton clothes. Cheapest nylon clothes arrive. We ordered two dresses. We are shocked at the quality. When we asked to return the goods, we received the message that the return had to be paid for ourselves and that it was not recommended because it takes a long time and often gets lost. If we keep it, we get a 15% refund. Damned gang of fraudsters! Fake store! Hands off!

It's a shame that they sent those dress

It's a shame that I didn't read the reviews below, I bought 2 dresses that were supposed to be embroidered and made of cotton, but I got polyester and poorly printed dresses, description and photo do not match the delivered product,

My order was not delivered. Instead a monstruos excuse of a sweater.

I ordered a white cardigan and received a tan ‘too ugly to be in the ugly Christmas sweater contest’. I’ve sent 3 requests to this company asking them to correct this. There is no customer service and this doesn’t look like a shipping mistake, it appears to be deliberate fraud.
