This place is a ripoff
This place is a ripoff. My $94.40 order is two weeks late and I still don’t even have tracking info on it yet. They do not answer or return calls. In email requests for tracking numbers I only get excuses as to why my order isn’t here or why I can’t even get tracking info including but not limited to the Chinese New Year, I asked for my $94.40 to be credited back to my bank, but that apparently isn’t even worthy of a response. Complete rip-off. I highly advise against attempting to do any business with them.
Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited weeks for my package to arrive , only to be told to "go pick it up yourself!". They claimed the address was wrong ....didn't stop them taking my money when i used it them SAME address for the billing ! or we weren't at home. I work from home and have a edlery mum to care for....I am always here and certainly was on the day they claimed. When i asked them to complete the order as per terms and conditions and get it delivered they again gave me the same excuses , two of them 1 just to make sure one was right ! In fact the parcel was delivered that day...so they claimed to have spoken to the company...which is a clear lie. On top of this the shirts are of terrible quality and horrible cheap material.... lesson here is don't not believe the pictures or the hype. Do Not touch this company.
Horrible customer service
Hooshops isn't a scam, but they do have horrible customer service. I Ordered shirts based on their sizing chart. My chest/waist is 55 inches. I figured 3XL would work well based on their chart, which is recommended for chest/waist sizes 55.9 inches. Their sizing chart not only leaves no room for any kind of give or take if a person does something crazy like sit down. Never mind the fact they are tight around the waist when buttoned up while standing. I mean skin tight. The 3XL shirts I buy from other retailers give me decent breathing room. These leave none. I have 2XL shirts that fit better than these 3XL shirts. I'd say they labeled the sizes erroneously. They really need to re-examine their size chart. Now I am stuck with 8 shirts looking at paying for shipping these things back to them and eating that cost or have to pay another $162.00 to get replacement shirts from them to make up for their sizing chart error. Either way, I am out money for their mistake. They blame me, the consumer, for assuming a size 55 inches would fit comfortably in a shirt that shows would work for 55.9 inch size. No, not at all. These shirts are somewhere between XL and 2XL in reality that you'd buy in US stores. They are also very slow on communication while only giving you 7 days to return the product while they play games with emailing a person back. In fact, they stopped responding to me after I replied with my chest/waist size and simply asked what size they would recommend. I tried posting my experience on their Facebook page. They blocked me from creating new posts on their page. I replied to another poster's comment about my experience. All the while I never denigrated them or wrote anything derogatory towards them, just my experience that their sizes run small and complaining they expect me to pay shipping back due to their sizing chart errors. They blocked me from posting at all on their page. And now they are non-responsive to my emails. Would not recommend. I love the designs of the shirt, but overall, horrible experience. Not a scam, but just very bad customer service.
