Staff was knowledgeable and great to work with. The dresser I bought was beautifully made and beautiful to look at. It was delivered at the exact time it was promised. I could not have had a better experience. I’ll be back.

Beautiful furniture. Well made of wood, not pasteboard. I can wander around and take my time in their massive showroom. I always find what I need and can then choose the wood and finish that fits in my home. Huge selection of fabrics and leather. Delivery is on time and the men are efficient and courteous. Prices are competitive and they frequently have sales. I have looked at other places, but now I look at their website and then go to the store in Redwood City.

Perfect as always. This has to be the 5-6th piece of furniture we've bought and the staff made the experience easy, fast and delightful. We used the pay half at first then pay the other half at delivery and that also worked seamlessly. I am coming back when I need another piece for the house. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for well built furniture.

Nanette did a great job taking care of us answering our questions and even letting us know that they can make changes to make the pieces work better for us. The product was delivered and put in place in our home with zero damage to the product and out home. I will shop there again soon.

I love Hoot Judkins because the quality of all their furniture is excellent and it's totally well-represented on their website. I have ordered many pieces from them over the years sight unseen and the service and delivery are impeccable and the products are exactly what I expected.

Was in search of a discontinued piece of furniture and found it on the Hoot Judkins website. Was pretty nervous about long distance shipping! Bobby was very patient, provided photos and specific estimates, details about the shipping process, and even tipped me off to how reduced shipping would apply to a second item! Worth every dollar and every minute of the wait. I have NEVER seen such careful wrapping and protection of a large item. Fabulous customer service and value!!!

Everyone at the store as well as the delivery people have been more than helpful. I had to buy quite a bit of furniture for my new place and Vicky really helped steer me in the right direction with friendly patience.
