My recliner chair needed a repair. I contacted Hoot Judkins and within two weeks they had the new part and had a service person come and install it. One call was all it took. The part was even covered under a warrantee.

Horrible overall. Product was damaged and movers did not handle with care . They left scratches. Asked nicely for a partial refund for my bad experience with this company and was denied. Had I known it was this badly damaged I would never have bought this product. Very disappointing.

The bookcase arrived with visible defects that were unacceptable. I called the store and they sent out a furniture repair person who made it look perfect. I was very happy!

Despite living in the area for many years, I wasn't familiar with Hoot Judkins until recently. I don't know why it took me so long. I was impressed with every aspect of the experience: Hoot Judkins had a very wide range of furniture considering its physical location, and everything was highly customizable. I ended up purchasing a bed and a dining room table, with the latter being made from two different woods in colors of my choosing. The staff was also extremely helpful, taking the time to walk us through the different options available both for the furniture and delivery. We took a fair amount of time but never felt rushed or pressured. While it's still early, the quality of the final product seems very high and I expect my furniture to last many more years than the IKEA equivalents that I've been buying up to this point.
