Online ordered goods not delivered after 3 weeks supposedly longest delivery period is 2 weeks. Yet no update and no feedback from seller. Suspect scammers now!
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your concerns. Our standard delivery timeframe to Malaysia is within two weeks. However, due to the heavy backlog during the Chinese New Year period, our local warehouse experienced processing delays which affected several shipments. We sincerely apologize for the lack of timely updates, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can investigate and update you as soon as possible. We assure you that we are a legitimate business and we are here to resolve this matter for you. As a gesture of goodwill for your honest review, we would like to offer you a $5 store credit. Kindly reach out to claim it.

Been a month since I ordered and I have not received anything. :/
Thank you for sharing your experience. We truly apologize for the long wait you have faced. Due to the Chinese New Year period, our Malaysia warehouse experienced an unexpected surge in orders, which caused delays beyond our usual two week delivery timeframe. Please reach out to our support team with your order number so we can immediately check the status and provide you with a clear update. We are committed to making this right for you. As a small token of appreciation for your honest feedback, we would also like to offer you a $5 store credit. Kindly contact us so we can arrange this for you.
