Service is great, although the Sing Post shipping is quite slow. Product is good- been buying this brand for years.
Thank you for being a returning customer and for sharing your experience with us! We are delighted to hear that you continue to enjoy the brand and were happy with our service. We are sorry that the SingPost delivery took longer than expected. As standard postal delivery is handled by a third-party courier, delivery times can occasionally vary, but we understand that waiting longer can be frustrating. We appreciate your honest feedback and continued support.

Easy to order, appreciate the discretion, good product - safe and easy to use - multiple different innovative options. Authentication for age was rather invasive, requiring ID verification, but it's understandable. Good safety features and guidelines.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We are glad you found the ordering process easy, appreciated the discretion, and were happy with the quality, variety, and safety information provided. We also understand your concern about the age verification process. While ID verification can feel more extensive than expected, it is an important measure to ensure age-restricted products are purchased responsibly and in accordance with requirements. We appreciate your understanding despite the additional step. Thank you for trusting us with your purchase. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to providing another smooth and discreet experience next time!

We know the additional $28 is a premium, so it is especially rewarding to hear that you felt the speed and convenience were worth every cent. Driver delivered wrong address Address was written correctly but it was delivered to neighbour. Customer service was on point. Emailed them and got replies quickly. They escalated the issue to their delivery partners and provided some compensation. Because of their strong post sale service, I will still continue buying from them.
We sincerely apologise for the delivery error. We understand how concerning and frustrating it can be to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour despite the correct address being clearly provided, especially when discretion and privacy are important. This is not the delivery experience we aim to provide. We will be raising this with our delivery team to review what happened and to reinforce the importance of verifying the exact address before completing a delivery. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can investigate this further with the driver and assist you accordingly. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address it.
The products were great, but I spent over 80 and used a gift certificate to deduct the amount, yet I still had to pay for delivery. This is terrible; I might as well not have used the gift certificate.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you were happy with the products, and we understand your disappointment regarding the delivery charge. Our free same-day delivery applies to orders above $80 after all discounts and deductions have been applied, including the use of a gift certificate. If the final qualifying order value falls below $80 after the gift certificate is applied, the standard delivery fee will still apply. We understand how this may not have been clear during your purchase, and we appreciate you highlighting it.

I like the packaging but the delivery times slot option is limited. No morning time slots available. Like 1-4pm, like last mins close to 4pm then received the package. Haven’t try the instant deliver option , 60-90mins. It’s still depend on the day demand.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you liked our discreet packaging. We also appreciate your comments about our delivery time slots. As our showroom operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, the first part of the day is dedicated to carefully packing and processing all overnight orders before they are dispatched. This means we are currently unable to offer morning delivery slots. We understand that receiving your order closer to the end of the selected delivery window can be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue exploring ways to improve our delivery options in the future. As a thank you for your honest review, we would be happy to offer you a $5 store credit. Simply reach out to our team, and we will assist you with the claim. We hope to serve you again soon.
