Service Excellence

A leaking shower pump had been seeping into a linen cupboard below and caused a lot of mess when discovered.Reached out to Houghton's and in no time they had a plumber round who quickly identified and rectified the problem.Such fast and effective service that saved a lot of further grief.Don't know how you could better that.Really caring and supportive people when needing a quick resolution.

Excellent Solar Installation

I recently took the decision to have Solar & Battery installation for our home and after thorough review opted to use Houghton’s. The choice was initially based on their product knowledge, professionalism and communication throughout the selection process. Upon starting the works on the agreed time schedule, I knew immediately I had made the correct choice. Everything about the team was exceptional from start to finish. From tidiness to safety, time keeping to variations, no compromises on quality, helpfulness and integrity were made. I even ‘cheekily’ asked if they would clean my gutters and soffits whilst the scaffolding was up, which they did without hesitation! So pleased with the final product and all the clear instructions and explanations provided, together with all the necessary documentation. A big thank you to the entire Houghton team and those on the ground (Ryan, Mark, Dan, Woody) Would not hesitate in recommending the company for any building, electrical or renewable works.

Efficient service

Quickly sorted out an electrical issue on my rental property including liaising with tenants to arrange access. Reasonably priced.
