H Potter

As advertised and substantial

An excellent company!

This is one of my very favorite companies to deal with. Great communication, fast shipping, and excellent products. I have purchased several trellises and a beautiful hanging planter. All very good construction and made to last.

Beautiful terrarium

Beautiful terrarium! Arrived quickly and was safely packaged. I will be ordering more from H Potter!

Obelisk is pretty

Obelisk is pretty, and seems to be very sturdy. Incorrect instructions need to be corrected: the length and number of screws sent does not match the directions. I was very quickly informed of the mistake when I contacted the company owner.

Garden obelisk trellis

I love the overall aesthetics of H Potter products. I bought an obelisk garden trellis. However, assembling it turned out to be very challenging. Some of the pieces were slightly bent, obviously during the manufacturing process, which caused difficulty. Once fully assembled, it looked great.

Very happy with purchase.

Very happy with purchase. Sturdy and looks great on our pool deck, plenty of room for everything. Buy it!

So well constructed

So well constructed, beautiful on front porch

A+++

I ordered my garden arbor and received it in mid June. It was shipped on schedule. It was easy to unbox and unwrap. A friend and I assembled it in a few hours. The next week we drilled it into the concrete. The whole process was easy - from ordering to shipping - to assembly. I love the look of it and I am excited for the plants to climb on it.

Just lovely

Very easy assembly. Quality item.

Great product, well made, and sturdy

In general, I am very happy with the product. It is well made and very sturdy. The packaging was good. I received the shipment in good condition. The only feedback I have is to provide some clarity and consideration towards orientation of the pieces and access or space requirements to tighten the fasteners in the assembly instructions. In my case, I installed the trellis right next to my fence, with the access to the fasteners on the spikes piece facing inside. It was tricky to tighten the fasteners and I ended up hand tightened them because I couldn't get access with the tools.

I was amazed how fast from purchasing, delivery and the easy assembly went. The trellises are strong, handsome and look stately in my garden! I’m a happy gardener.

My little light-up birds are adorable but I didn’t realize they are for indoor use. I am using them on a large covered porch and hope they will be okay. I wish they had rechargeable batteries!

Arrived early

Arrived early! All the parts were included with easy to manage instructions. Good quality for the money.

Stunning Obelisk!

Product was very well packed - some of the best packing I have encountered actually. The quality of the obelisk is just superb. Tiny snafu in assembly due to the brief confusion about an errant square on the printed instruction that was cleared up with a phone call to Jerry but it all came together nicely. It is now in my garden with a Henry Kelsey rose and an Étoile Violette clematis planted on it - both are babies so will take a while to grow up but the obelisk itself is truly a work of art on its own. I could not be more thrilled and look forward to deciding what other H Potter item I must have.

Garden Obelisk from H Potter

We purchased a garden obelisk from H. Potter because it looked more substantial than those carried at local nurseries. It is everything we expected; very substantial, easy to assemble, and well packaged.Although the directions suggest 1 or 2 people for assembly, it’s very easy for just one, and the other person can just unpack the pieces and undo all the shrink wrap! It’s a very attractive obelisk that will add some elegance to our garden.
