4.5 rating. Honestly, this would have been a 5-star rating. My husband and I spoke to Chris for additional details. Both the service and the watch itself more than exceeded our expectations.
On the negative side, FedEx screwed up big time with a driver who attempted to deliver the package to the WRONG address - across the street from us. Upon learning that FedEx attempted to deliver the package, we then had to contact the carrier (another challenge). The watch finally arrived the next morning.
This is my 4th high end timepiece from Richard. It's always a pleasure. Everything comes as described and watches are mint. Will keep buying from this company. Have also sent a friend to Huntingon Watch to buy watches for himself and his wife. Top notch service and excellent pricing

What a great experience
What a great experience! I was nervous to make such a big purchase but Chris made the whole thing feel effortless. He was responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. From start to finish the transaction was seamless. I would definitely purchase from Huntington again!
I was looking for an earlier production of the 16700 GMT w/ Pepsi Bezel. The watch I ended up purchasing was in flawless condition. The majority of GMT's, if serviced by Rolex, have many service part replacements so it is rare to find a GMT that is 'original'. After receiving the GMT I had the watch authenticated and was pleased to learn that the dial/hands (tritium), bezel, bracelet, clasp, crown, and movement were are original. The inside of the caseback also had service markings , which gave me assurance the watch was well taken care of.
I am VERY happy with my purchase. The sales person who helped me is named Richard and he did an EXCELLENT job answering all of my questions.
I will be a repeat customer of HW, no doubt.
