Greatest Rep, Becky Palmer
My rep, Becky Palmer stayed in the game with me for almost a year trying to help us get what we needed. It was our fault as we had a lot of moving parts but she never became seemingly frustrated with us and did regular check ins and provided data when needed. When it came time for us finally order she got everything moving quickly and we got exactly what we wanted and needed.

My Agency had not ordered such tags for more than seven years and was not searchable in the new Metalcraft system. However, after providing information from the order seven years ago, the service rep cross-searched customer information from the old system database and was able to locate the order specifications, which allowed my Agency to place a new order. Also, the service rep added all of our previous order history from the old database to the new system to make it easier for future order requests.
As for the current order, the tags were received quickly and in full. Thanks, Metalcraft for a job well-done.
Metalcraft comes through and definately will help you from start to finish of your order. You can count on them for excellent products.
The more detail you provide them the better and makes it a smoother transaction. I only wish there was a tiny picture of the label on the Invoice, like on the proof. as its easier to identify without looking up the number

MetalCraft was really responsive to our requests and helpful in sorting out all the details so we could get exactly what we wanted. The quality of the labels we ended up with was *perfect* for our use case. Production and shipping were on schedule and their communications were excellent. Would buy again.
