What people say
Good Service but poor business practices
The service itself was good and the job was done satisfactorily. I've had other services who have swept things up after they cleared the junk out which this one did not, but that's okay. Where I was most disappointed was that after I was quoted a price the junk hauler tried to get me to pay more. Not the best business practice in my opinion.

Final price is determined on-site. The estimate over the phone call was an estimate because we hadn’t seen anything yet. Our hauler did everything right here, you forced us into a discount then left a crap review, thanks Karen.

I’ve used Matt and iHaul for years and he has never disappointed. He shows up on time, leaves the site clean and his communication is great. Couldn’t recommend them more

Very quick response on short notice
Very quick response on short notice, I was out of state and needed a storage unit emptied. They handled the request promptly, took pictures before starting, and after they were done. They also swept the unit out for me. The price was about what I expected from seeing other competitors rates.
Great service

Nice
Nice, quick, and helpful. Corey was considerate and so fast at packing up what we needed gone. Site was incredibly user friendly and I was scheduled within forty minutes (I honestly want to say even quicker too, I just can’t remember) - and they were so responsive on a weekend! Thank you!

Professional
Prompt, communicative and thorough removal of a pile of cardboard and Styrofoam material. Even swept up the leaves in the area. Professional demeanor. A bit pricey, but excellent service.

Jeremy and his team did a great job on hauling things off for us. This is a time that has been very hard on our family with the tornado but it was nice to know that we were able to get help for the clean up. We will absolutely be using them again if we need more things taken away.
