I was totally frustrated dealing directly with insurance companies…….i looked on Google and saw IHealth listed with excellent reviews. I took a chance and ended up with Chris Thomas. After one hour and 15 minutes, I had both my Medicare Part D and Supplement selected and Chris did all the paperwork for applications. I was accepted and all is good.

Know what you are shopping for.
We felt the rep was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance we had called for assistance with. All our questions were answered well, an we were comfortable in going ahead with their recommendation. You do need to know what you want, so you don't over insure. An obvious example is if you don't take any prescription meds, then you don't need to be paying for Medicare part D.

We’d like to add a small but important note for others reading this: Even if you don’t currently take any prescription medications, enrolling in a Medicare Part D plan when you're first eligible can help you avoid late enrollment penalties in the future. There are often low-cost plans available, and having one in place ensures you're protected if your needs change unexpectedly.
Gio was so good and patient with us. He answered all our questions and did not push anything on us. He let us decide what we could afford.
Will definitely recommend him.
