This is my 4th month on IM8 and I am hooked! I used to have a coffee and/or energy drink to even function and I have been able to cut out both since starting. The energy I have is next level. I haven’t had any stomach issues and I feel like everything has improved since beginning. Customer service is 100% when I have had to reach out about a billing issue (on my end). Thank you to Sabalenka for putting this on my radar! I love her & this product!

Ripple Effect - one product!
Hi there, I've been taking IM8 for the past 4 months and I feel fantastic. The reason I started was for the volume of supplements I was trying to take and I had stomach issues. Pleasantly surprised. I was interested in trying the vitamin…
I was interested in trying the vitamin infused drink and I ordered it. I got the deluxe package and I was a bit Leary as I got the mug and blender and months worth of product. I didn’t realize how much I committed to. The company graciously offered to take back some of the product but I said no, let me try it and then we can go from there. Well it turned out that I love the product and now i wouldn’t want to go a day without it. Very quickly I felt better. More energy, better digestion and overall better health. A really good product with no bloating unlike other so called supplements.

Customer service was very responsive before I placed my order. However, once my order arrived, they stopped responding.
After drinking their product, I experienced severe diarrhea. I contacted customer service to report my experience and requested a prepaid return label because I had health concerns about continuing to use the product. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
The supplements are very expensive, yet the customer service has been worse than what I've experienced with low-cost marketplaces like Temu. At this point, I still don't know if or when they will respond to my request.
Another major issue is that they don't provide a customer service phone number. If your emails go unanswered, there's no alternative way to reach someone for assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend IM8.

I initially purchased a one-time package because I was hesitant about committing to a subscription right away.
After trying it out, I immediately noticed a difference; I feel much more energized throughout my day! The only unexpected downside? My husband kept stealing servings from me because he liked it so much.
Needless to say, we are now officially hooked and have upgraded to a regular subscription for both of us. Highly recommend giving them a try!
And last but not least from the very beginning, their customer service was wonderful—responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful.

I m8 customer service is the best customer service. I’ve had. They are prompt with your response not once but twice sometimes three times I get different people responding. They’re just great service and a wonderful product. We’ve been on this for over a year and we feel super.
