David is an absolutely fantastic teacher! He gives you real life scenarios which are easy to recollect during quizzes to help you pass!! Would recommend Inland to anyone looking to obtain their real estate license.

Making Career Path Plan B possible
The at home study allowed me the opportunity to work at my own pace while managing a busy lifestyle. The quiz formats were great and gave me confidence while understanding what I got wrong. The book is very well written and has chapter quizzes that help emphasize important points. Being able to use the online website easily also helps for quick review. I learned a lot and would recommend!

Beyond happy!
I would recommend Dave and Inland Real Estate school over and over again. I’m not typically a “school person” and the thought of having to take an online class because of a global pandemic, was slightly intimidating as I would prefer an in class setting. BUT LET ME TELL YOU! I literally could not be happier with my experience. Dave brings so much knowledge to the table and turns almost everything into a real life, relatable example, which is SO crucial when it comes to real estate laws, knowledge and being able to understand and apply these into the real world! I also was very fortunate to be a part of a “class” where my classmates were super interactive. Although it was on zoom, we all built (distant) connections with each other! This, too, helped me with understanding certain things because it brought even more depth to the conversation/lecture. Thank you Dave, for everything over the last 3 weeks. And thank you to my fellow classmates, who contributed to my education and making this a pleasurable experience!
