Assistance for correct electric choice ID. The phone agent was able to confirm I had used the wrong choice ID and was able to fix it and give me a follow up confirmation. I greatly appreciate the customer service and patience.

When I ever found out that my last supplier ran out of contract and it tripled my rate, I wanted to cry. Inspire locked me in for 6 months at a much better rate than National Grid!

It was easy to reach a representative. He confirmed my information, verified the price I’d seen online, cancelled my previous supplier, and told me what to expect. The whole thing took about ten minutes.
It was very easy to sign up for and at a competitive price. My only issue is it's been 10 days since I signed up and I've already gotten a request for a review... prior to any confirmation that my switch to Inspire has been completed. I would have given it 5 stars if I knew my switch to Inspire has been completed. UPDATE! This same day I received a notice in the mail that my provider was switched to Inspire so I've edited my review to 5 Stars!
Company has done very well communicating with us, so far! We have a set amount we will be paying for a contract of 6 months. No fees to begin service or to cancel at anytime. Hopefully the price will stay reasonable and we can continue beyond the 6 months, it does feel good to know it’s clean energy.
