Giving the Shadow a different perspective
Thank you for this workshop and especially for the practice, very valuable insights and way of thinking. It made me realize how to really look at the shadow from a neutral place instead of blaming it or trying to get rid of it. It helped a lot with the drawings so my mind can comprehend what's actually going on (and already knew inside).

Monica gave a very insightful presentation. She explained so many things relating to Trauma in a very easily understandable way, using words and diagrams. She gave lots of time to everyone for their questions. Her advice regarding our perceptions of our experienced trauma and how to balance those perceptions so we can neutralise the effect of that trauma in our life was very clear and concise. Her webinar was so worth the time. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to receive this amazing gift. I recommend it to anyone interested and motivated to heal and grow.

A book of great value
Before understanding these laws explained so clearly by Monica, life often seemed like a series of random coincidences or moments of luck and bad luck. The major impact of this reading is total empowerment. The book is not just spiritual theory, it is a manual for using your own mind. You quickly assume that you are the co-creator of your own reality, not a victim of external circumstances. I enjoyed every page, being there 100% attentive to understand and integrate the stories and explanations told. The Law of Duality and Polarity for me brought a lot of understanding and a change of perspective in many areas of life. I find it fascinating to see how perception changes when you allow yourself to see both sides of the coin. There is so much to say, but I will conclude by saying that I consider this book to be an extremely valuable tool for which I am deeply grateful and believe it deserves a place of honor in every home.
