authentic, integral yoga supply website
I tried two other websites before yours before I sighed with relief at being able to buy a yoga mat without compromising mt food/gas budget. As a teacher having just completed my 200 hour training, I needed supplies for my home teaching and practice. Other websites offer discounts but the two I went to before finding yours said I could not apply the offered discount. Don't they understand Patajali's asteya since they purport to cater to yogis? Grateful to find that you aren't all about stealing from the consumer. Thank you.
They do a poor job of vetting vendors
Terrible. Ordered from one of their Vendors. It’s been two months and I still don’t have a tent which I ordered for summer camping. It’s now almost August. Every time I would ask where my order was, this is what I got: Order bring processed, order being processed, order being packed, order invoice being processed, order about to leave seller, then shipper, then it was Customs, order in transit, here’s a Tracking No., order will be at destination, and on and on. . . I’m still waiting. I demanded they cancel but they said it was too late. That was while it was still at the shipper. I can refuse the package if I’m lucky enough to be home when it arrives, otherwise I’ll have to pay to ship it back and no telling how many months until I get a refund. These people are not AMAZON but they’re trying to be. How do they vet their vendors???? Not very well.

The only thing I wasn't sure of is the shipping information. I didn't see how to expedite my item. I did see multiple payment options.

I found exactly what I wanted. I would like to have gotten a projected date if delivery. Price was fair. As I have not received the cushion yet, I cannot rate it.
Checkout was very easy
Checkout was very easy. My hyphenated last name was not accepted, but I am used to that. Only thing missing was an estimated delivery on the free shipping.
