Hi Karen First off, thank you for being a loyal customer of ours since January 2022! You have been using our service for over 4 years and have ordered hundreds of cards with us since! We have tried to reach out and address this concern you have brought up several times in the past to try and solve your issue but we have not been able to successfully get in touch with your or your team in order to get a resolution. Instead of leaving us negative feedback for something that can be fixed, we would appreciate the opportunity to actually understand the issue at hand and fix it. If for some reason we are unable to print cards the way you expect (which I highly doubt!), it may be best for our organizations to part ways, as you are clearly not satisfied with the product & service we have been providing you with for over 4 years now. I will reach out via email as well to try and re-solve this. Thank you Yann
