So far it has been nothing but grief as the first license I bought was not valid for the USA, which is why I needed this license to begin with. Then I tried to get another one which was valid for the USA and for some reason my credit card kept getting declined 3x. I talked with the Credit Card company and they said it was good to go, I tried again and got declined again. Now I have to apply for a refund for the first License which was not valid in the USA and I don’t know if they will refund me.
Have yet to receive said item - have yet even to ship. Then you're asking how my trip was. Hahahah. Get out of here.. Furthermore, this is not an IDP as mentioned on your website -this is an IDD. Pointless if you wish to rent a car abroad. Save the $157 they ask for and go to AAA for $47.99 with rush shipping.
the application was easy, and the response fast for the digital copy, but there was some issues with downloading the digital copy. That said, kudos to agent Audrey who promptly resolved the issue.

The useless document they issue is NOT an IDP. It is NOT valid anywhere.
They charged me $69 for nothing. And they don't respond to emails, chats, or phone. I'm trying to get a refund or despite with my bank

WARNING: This is NOT an IDP. It is simply a translation of your documents. "IDP" is plastered all over their website, yet they call what they provide an IDD "International Driving Document". This is false advertising at its finest and an absolute SCAM. In most places, this is absolutely useless.
The price shown and what I paid were totally different, then they sent my ID with a broken link won't open..also found out its not official, I emailed but no reply. No I have to reject the payment don't use this, if your in the US go to AAA
Even though I downloaded the electronic version of the international permit, I haven’t received the actual booklet that I ordered. The tracking information in states that the location is “unknown”!
I have not received any response from the company. I feel like this is a scam.
UPDATE: I have received my intention permit, too late to take on my trip, but it arrived.
It was extremely straightforward and easy to get the the digital license, but I'm still waiting for the physical copy. According to Royal Mail tracking, it has only just left the UK. That is my only complaint...
