I expected some delay on our Finnmark FD1, Isloo, (Michael), took my calls, reassured me in my purchase and my 3 week wait was well worth it. Have not assembled it yet but considering the amazing packing job, I’m confident it’s perfect. Trust Isloo with your sauna needs, James. Idaho
You proactively shipped another product when my original order couldn’t be fulfilled but your choice of shipper was not anything to speak of. It’s taking them forever to ship the unit to my address. As of today I have not received it nor gotten a call as to when it will be delivered. Very unsatisfactory.

Not only did it take almost 3 weeks, I was told that my order shipped when it had not. They then said it was out of stock but when I threatened to cancel the order, all of a sudden it shipped. If they were out of stock, it should have said so on the website (like every other reputable business) and I would have gone somewhere else in the first place. When the wire I ordered did arrive (supposedly a original manufacturer item) , the wire colors did not match the Harvia specifications which makes me think it wasn't Harvia after all.
Yes, I had a great experience from the beginning. The sales rep was patient, and answered all my questions.
