I was'nt sure If i can trust this Website so i decided to test it. I got all the Things i orderd and the customer service is very fast und great. Nice people und they want really to Help. My experience is great and i will order now more. Thumbs Up.
Initially, I had an issue with my order as it was accidentally sent to the NA server, despite my choosing the EU server, however, I am amazed at how well this situation was handled and how reasonable the team of ItemD2R was. Not only did they resolve my issue, but they also issued reasonable compensation for my time. I was stressed and angry that my order is late, but the customer support team remained calm, respectful, and kind throughout this and fixed this problem promptly. I have definitely gained absolute trust for ItemD2R and I know that if any issues arise, they will quickly ratify them. - A happy customer :)
Hello, we have contacted you by email, please check the email, we apologize for the trouble we caused you.
The items were delivered fast and I am very happy.
I was skeptical but I made a purchase and it came through just as advertized. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked so smoothly. This is my own true review after I made 2 purchases. nothing can be easier.
Legit site with a great service No issues I normally get my items in minutes, . No complaints! I was able to use PayPal which is great! :)
Very rapid delivery and item as advertised
I normally get my items in minutes, the prices are really good, and the site is reliable. I like the chance to win something once a day. I have, in fact, won two items from the giveaway and they have been delivered. No complaints!
Really quick on delivering the items! Think they came through within ten minutes of ordering. Super happy with it!
fast item! easy to use service
Great experience. All items were delivered and well within the stated delivery timeline.
Game items for ESO I was looking for was available, for good prices. Purchase went very smoothly, with no problems at all. Most importantly the delivery of game items I bought were delivered extremely fast. Thank you. Will not hesitate in using site again for future ESO game item purchases.

Great prices and really fast delivery of items. I bought ESO items and they were delivered within a few minutes.
This was a great experience. I was searching for ways to get cheap crowns but this is a very good site to buy crown items. I purchased a bag expansion and a motif and It got to me relatively quickly. I had at first bought it for pc when i needed it for psn. I contacted support and they said they would refund it in order for me to purchase it on the right system. All I have to say to new users, "Make sure you select the right platform and region."
Bought a sunder charm, all good all quick.
Courteous and flexible, I was at work and they were able to wait for me to find somebody get on my ps4/ps5 to get my item delivery completed
Amazing communication, fast and easy delivery, will absolutely use again
I attempted to purchase a listed item, only to come to be told the item was 'offline' and not available. Don't advertise items that can't be provided. Pros Service and communication was prompt and concise Offered replacement items (though not really the point) My original order received a complimentary crown crate (which spawned an additional sought-after reward!) Cons Advertised items that were not available I had to chase Itemd2r to get an update whilst they knew items could not be provided (as above) Good service, when it works, check what you are buying isn't 'offline' before you pay.
The information available on their website is fairly well organized and easy to understand. The purchase was also easy, with clear instructions of how to personalize the purchase. Delivery was also fairly quick.
Quick, got what I paid for, good price and discount on first buy. Love it!
