Stay away - tried dealing with them on ebay - I noticed wrong shipping address 2 minutes after I placed order there was no way they shipped before I cancelled- have proof - have pictures and emails when placed and when cancel was requested - will file a fraud suit against them because they are charging me without my consent which is fraud - they said it was shipped before and they sent it 3 hrs later is when I received email and they are shipping to the wrong address- had 7 other items in order and everyone was kind enough to cancel but this company- one company wrote and said give us correct address and we will send it there - address was provided but not this company- don’t care about business or their customers only to get the $10 sale - so will be filing a fraud charge against them
Waxy and burnt dark chocolate espresso beans
We purchased dark chocolate covered espresso beans. The chocolate was waxy, leaving a film in our mouths. The beans were over roasted (even for espresso) and left a burnt aftertaste that didn't go away. Our order was 5 pounds. We were making gift packages for our friends. These were not usable. Also, they have a No Return policy for chocolate, making this was a complete waste of time and money.

I still haven't received the product
I still haven't received the product. I was notified that it had been delivered, but when I contacted support, I was told it hasn't even been shipped yet. The conflicting information is confusing and frustrating. I'm sure the product itself may be good, but without accurate updates or delivery, there's no way for me to know.

The products are always so well packaged! I appreciate the fact that my nuts are still whole when I get them. The chocolate covered almonds are so delicious and affordable!
I waited
Well. I live on the East Coast and It's Delish is located in North Hollywood. It took 11 days to receive my dried cherries. That's unacceptable. I've had orders from the Ukraine that have arrived quicker. During my wait, I emailed them several times and got an automated and pasted response. Their phone was disconnected. But, I EVENTUALLY got my order and they're ok. I hope this helps somebody.

I ordered snacks from It's Delish and they were really tasty. Everything arrived fresh and well packed. I'd definitely order again.

I ordered chocolate covered cherries with 12 days lead time in mid October. 10 days post order I called on a Friday and they said it would be sent out 3days later on a Monday to be delivered 2nd day Fed Ex on 10/22. It is 11/22 and I haven’t received the product yet.
Poor packaging and customer service is worse
I order product that should have been shipped in a box as when it arrived in a poly mailer it was crushed. You call them and are instructed to email them instead. You email them and they don't respond. Finally returned item as instructed by store (third party vendor), no refund in over five weeks. Had to go to my financial institution to get charge disputed. I will find other companies that offer products with better customer service solutions.

I really enjoyed the customer service experience with Josalyn. She was really kind. I also am very happy with my purchase. It nice to have a short cut to cooking. I purchased the red and green peppers 🌶 as well as the deluxe soup mix🍲 and carrots 🥕 they are all great. I bought enough to last at least 6mo. THANKS IT'S DELISH. BECAUSE IT IS DELICIOUS 😋

Tasty but pricey for the mix provided
The product is delish, yes. I thought it would come int he resealable canister in the image of the ad. It also is a little too raisin heavy. 75-80% are raisins I could have bought for a fraction of the price.
