I am also a player on this site, I have spent a little bit of money between their different sites or sister brands that UTECH owns, I have never won anything from any of these sites they operate and my wife has had problems twice redeeming winnings and they take all of her sc and redeem 25 bucks? That's a crock of sh_ t and I know for 100% certain she purchased a sc package from them how you might ask? She's my wife Elizabeth D judy. So on a 100% real note .. player beware if you have collected even . 20 SC from login bonus and afterwards buy a S. C package and win big then you might as well go ahead and prepare yourself for a whole lotta pissed off because it's coming. My question to whomever is going to respond to this review is. What's the point of daily login rewards? Or in game quests? Or just a random here's 2 S. C for free to come back and play because we miss you, or free plays? If you win anything from it your not honoring it so why even offer it? I'll tell you why because your not honest people. And to people reading this... You can win some, but its usually only 1/4 of what you think and probably less than that.
I mean you can get some winnings with daily logins in. However over the past year as I have been playing there and logging in it has only become more cumbersome and more of a hassle. Now it seems every time that I try to redeem any winnings there are suddenly issues and the redemption is declined. Then when I talk to customer service (which is useless) they say please try a different method or wait. Then when I finally do go to redeem my $100 redemption is cut to only $25 because THEY decided the winnings were made with daily login SC and not purchases. Every time I talk to customer service the dolt on the other end only says there was an issue and they don't know anything more than that.
Edited to add. So it is also better to not get a big win on this site. I got a big win (with promotionals) and had $160+ I go to redeem (the max is 100 at a time) and only get $25 and then they deleted the rest of my SC, so I have $0 now.
Edited to add again. So now my account is limited and I can't even make gift card redemptions. I mean really. If you're going to play on this site you better hope you don't actually win much of anything because if you do they will hide behind a policy saying it was a promotional win (even if you have bought a pack) and remove all your winnings and allow you withdrawl barely anything. They also say my account is limited because of their payments department and they can't do anything about it.
I did exactly as this site was letting me. I didn't break any rules. I followed the rules, and this is how they treat me.
