I hired Jamie to do a wind mitigation for my new roof. Jamie was available the next day. He was on time and professional. I was able to get the report the next day. Great service.
Thank you so much for your business Linda!!
Jamie was absolutely and totally a professional from the moment I met him to the moment he left he was spot on. If ever I need another inspection, Jamie will be the first one I call. I found anyone I know needs an inspection. Jamie will be the one I recommend.
Thank you for your business. Good luck in your new home!
The home inspection itself was solid. Jamie was on time, professional during the walkthrough, and seemed knowledgeable about the major systems in the house. The report was clear enough and covered the basics I needed to know. However, the experience after the inspection was less positive. Over the following week, I received multiple emails asking—sometimes practically begging—for a five-star review over multiple platforms. I understand that small businesses rely on feedback, but the persistence felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It put a sour note on what had otherwise been a decent experience. Overall, the inspection was fine, but the pushy follow-up makes me hesitant to recommend without reservations.
Hi Joe, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for the kind words about the inspection itself—being on time, professional, knowledgeable, and delivering a clear report is exactly what I strive for on every one of my 16,000+ inspections. I’m genuinely sorry the three follow-up emails over two weeks felt excessive to you. My intention was never to pressure anyone—those reminders are an automated system I use because many clients tell me they mean to leave a review but forget in the busyness of closing. I obviously got that balance wrong in your case, and I’ll take your feedback to heart and adjust the frequency. That said, it’s a little disheartening to see the inspection itself drop from what you describe as a completely positive experience to three stars solely because of three polite emails. For a small, owner-operated business, every star truly matters and directly affects whether future families choose to work with us. I hope you can understand that knocking off two full stars over the review-request process feels a bit disproportionate when the actual service you received met (or even exceeded) your expectations. If you ever feel the three-star rating no longer reflects the quality of the inspection you received, I’d be grateful if you’d consider updating it. Either way, I appreciate the feedback and wish you all the best in your new home. Thanks again, Jamie Schaefer
I needed a home inspection within days, not weeks. Jamie was the guy to call. I received a clear, detailed inspection report with photos a few days after the inspection. His service didn't end there. He was always reachable for questions whether it be a quick phone call, text, or email. Most of the time he responded within minutes or even a few seconds after I texted. I highly recommend.
Thank you very much for this awesome review!
Great job first time buying a house 🏠 wasn't there but very good on giving me all the pictures and recommendations on a timely manner thanks 👍 definitely would use Jamie again in the future
When I needed to have a Wind Mitigation Inspection of my home completed on very short notice, I definitely called the right company. Jamie answered my phone call in person the very first time I called. To my delight he was able to work with both of our busy schedules and find a date and time that worked well for both of us. On the day of the inspection Jamie was right on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer any questions I asked to my layman's satisfaction. Jamie had my inspection completed in no time and my report was received in only a couple of days. I would highly recommend Jamie's company to anyone.

Jamie did an excellent job for my real estate client in The Villages! He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He also completed the inspection on short notice; perhaps something he isn’t always able to do, but willing to if he can.

Thank you for this great review, and for your business.
I hired this home inspector based upon Google and yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. He is a very seasoned experienced professional. He allowed me to accompany him throughout the home inspection. He was also licensed to do the termite inspection and all of the other inspections required for insurance on top of that he gave me a veteran discount which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend Jamie for your home inspection needs.
Thank you for your business and for your service to our great country!!
