Great communication
Great communication! One of my items was misplaced and she was not able to ship it with my order. I received a refund for that item as well as a free bonus item. Then, when I placed another order she had located the original item and included it in my new order at no cost. That was definitely not expected, but very appreciated.

I would have given five stars if I knew what was going on. The order was exactly what I wanted, excellent price and great condition. The response email said I would receive shipping notification when it went out. A week passed and no notification but my package arrived with my new toys.
