Switching to Jersey Watch has been a great experience for our organization. Their features are a major step up from where we previously hosted our website, and I especially appreciate how easy it is to make edits on the fly from my phone when needed. I’ve also had consistently excellent experiences with their help desk and customer service team. First, it’s refreshing to be able to speak with an actual human when problem-solving. Second, their team is attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and work through solutions. One thing I’ve really appreciated is that they’re also open to feedback and suggestions on ways to improve their system, which says a lot about how much they care about their users’ experience. Customer service has been better than expected. Response time for getting help has been good. Wish there was help over the weekend at times, but definitely not a deal breaker, just need to plan better. Services are easy to use and pretty self explanatory once set up.

I have been using Jersey Watch since February. If I had know how easy it would be I would have started sooner. The communication with the support staff is quick and reliable and they listen to my needs and have no problem helping and supporting my needs. Would recommend them to anyone needing a sports site!
