This was our first time using Jiffy, they were excellent. iffy was not the least expensive but there were no hidden fees from the price quoted. We called them once we had our luggage and was picked up within 10 minutes of being called.
Great location and easy to get the shuttle. However the fact that we had to go to 3 terminals each way before getting to the airport/carpark was a bit frustrating. It will add about 25 minutes to your time.
Easy In! quickly took our car, got us on the shuttle and at the terminal within minutes. Pickup - When we got our bags, they said about 10 minutes till the shuttle arrived...was there in 5. Our car was waiting in a Pick up zone, handed our ticket in the office and away we went! Book a spot in advance for a better rate, prepay! Driver also helped us with our bags!
Very efficient and convenient when you need to park for JFK airport. As soon as we called the driver for pick up, he was here in 10 minutes despite the heavy traffic at the airport.
Staff was polite and professional. I recommend them. Our flight was delayed and there was no problem picking up our van. They came promptly to pick us up.
A solid all around experience. I would definitely use them again.
Quick and easy .. good service
Very nice staff and very convenient. I like that I was able to book online and prepay. The only thing I wish you had was water bottles like the previous owners did.
I LOVE JIFFY!!!!!!!!!
Use Jiffy usually at EWR and they are excellent. This was our first time using at JFK. They were just as excellent and they valet your car and your car is ready when you pick it up parked right in front as you get off the shuttle. They were awesome. Never Uber again
We had great service. I called right after we got off the plane. The only problem was that we had to shlep my 85+ mother to the spot for pick up. An agent called me and asked what happened and sent the driver around again. He was also courteous. Oh and a very fair price. Great value
Great experience...great customer service. Sorry to hear company closing.
I had some driving sunglasses that went missing, I am not going to say it was them for sure, but I feel i left them. Overall, I think it was a good experience, They aref very good, Again, that was missing, not sure it was on them, but, i mentioned to alway use caution leaving stuff of value in car.
Convenient parking and very efficient service
This parking service was excellent. They picked me up in a timely manner. The bus was clean and roomy. The driver was courteous and professional. When I got to the facility my vehicle was waiting for me.👍🏽
Excellent experience and thank you. The car was in perfect condition and my pick up from the airport was quicker than expected. Thanks so much!
We got special weekly rate which considered a good deal. Drop off time and shuttle to JFK was smooth ride and no waiting time. On the way back, we called the Jiffy as soon as step out the plane but the pickup took soooo long ~ 45 mins... maybe rush hour(5:00pm). Over all we would recommend.
great service and people
Excellent service - can't say enough how easy they made everything. Would use again in a second.
