Three and a half years ago I struggled a lot to find a permanent position. I spend almost 6 years switching between fixed term position and I wanted a change. For some reason I had no difficulties to find fixed term position in the Academia but a permanent position in the industry it was another story ... All of them give you a clear understanding of how most processes work and how you should prepare to allow the recruiting agents to quickly get to know you, understand your experiences and have a better, more truthful assessment of who you are as a professional.

I liked the way I was received but I was applying for the job of Marketing and Management trainer, the interviewer asked me for doing administration tasks in my first day. He doesn't meet my need as a job seeker, despite the fact that my CV and motivation letter were clear about my professional objective, and during the interview I explained the reason behind my choice of their company, which was teaching and coaching their students.
