Long time customer I have been purchasing from Joe's for several years now. The shipping is fast, the selection is very good (I only/like to order beans sourced by geography and order staples-like whole beans to the occasional higher end splurge), consistent pricing, and I prefer to order direct compared to other eCommerce store fronts. I don't bother with individual bean reviews since taste is too subjective. I've never used/tried to figure out their loyalty rewards program. An area for improvement?

We’ve had Joe’s coffee before and we loved it. Thought we would order it again and try another flavor. The Amaretto is our favorite, smells great it’s smooth but the flavor just wasn’t there Sorry Joe but you let us down.
