A GROUPON GEM
I had purchased a program from another company but NEVER received my product so I found Joey Med and it was a WELCOMED transition! I was a customer with TRIMRX and completed my 12 week program then my price increased, but I KNEW it would. And for me it wouldn't be cost effective since I'd be paying out my pocket for it so I researched SEVERAL other GLP companies. I found Joey Med on Groupon and jumped at the Groupon offer. YES, GROUPON is where I found Joey Med. I completed the intake consult for a 12 week Tirzepitide GLP program at an AWESOME PRICE under $700, In addition, I decided to stay at my current titration of 7.5mg bc I'm getting steady results and my side effects are non existent so I'd like to keep it up. I was Welcomed by the Joey Med intake consultants and in 48hrs my meds ARRIVED via FEDEX. I completed my intake on a Friday morning and meds were at my door Wednesday. The labels were a bit confusing at first but Iade a call and it explained to me. Im in Healthcare so I know the lingo. The vials are different from TrimRx which is what I'm comparing it to. But the juice was the same just DIFFERENT PACKAGING! I have used Mournjaro in the past and it DID NOT work for me long term due the GI issue it caused me to have as well as constant nausea! Joey Med has been GREAT from beginning up to now. I call and get answers, I text and together a reply back in minutes and to me THAT'S IMPORTANT, especially since I've made a sizeable investment in GLP Therapy. The customer support is top tier. I had a question about my dosing and in 5 minutes a Joey Med consultant was calling me to explain the temporary vial usage and how to dose myself correctly. I appreciated this ALOT. So I am pleased with Joey Med. I'm DEFINITELY GOING TO KEEP THEM as my GLP THERAPY.
I purchased 12 weeks of Tirzepatide and on my 7th injection without any effect. rep said it could take 5 injections before it works. I have used 2 other company's and the food noise was gone after the first injection and swelling in my body went down. But I feel like I was given placebo bottles. I am waiting to see if they will replace the bottles or give me a refund so I can purchase elsewhere. $440 down the drain. I will update if Joey Med makes it right.
**UPDATE** Joey Med offered me $150 off to purchase another 8 weeks! They did not make it right with me! Not wasting any more money on Joey MED!

after looking into different companies that called excessively after being on their websites, I decided to go with Joey meds and I am so incredibly grateful that I did. Their customer service is amazing. Lily is the best. I can’t see enough about how kind she was and keeping in touch with me. She was amazing. The whole team there is amazing.
