They take pride in making sure my medication arrives in a safe and good manner. The customer service is A1. Whenever I have questions there is always someone there to help. Their app is awesome and everything is tracked and there for your viewing.

My Short Eval
The text to see how I was doing were helpful and insightful. I did kind of feel like the person was not really reading my text or didn’t know what maintenance means. My second shipment was not cold, but the packaging is generally well insulated. The app is helpful. I’m still attempting to remember to use it. The emails and phone calls are a nice touch. I haven’t had a chance to listen to the Zoom, but having a RD is a plus.

Good communication but still don't see results
I appreciate the staff so much for putting up with my questions and fear of ordering online. The staff truly put me at ease. I have yet to see real results or lose weight, however. I wish the food noise would go away.

Questions are answered quickly when I reach out. Meds arrive in timely fashion. I haven’t lost as much weight as I had hoped, 6 pounds in 3 months, but have lost a full size in all clothing including shoes. I feel this is due to a reduction in body inflammation. I take this as a win and focus on how I look and feel rather than what the scale tells me.

Belle is the best
I joined Belle in April of this year. Customer support has been phenomenal from the beginning. Responses to questions and concerns happen very quickly. They've recently created a Belle Community that Belle customers can join and ask questions, share experiences and learn about their offerings plus more. Everyone can respond to a post which is really helpful since someone has probably gone through what your going through. Belle really is the best! Great prices and a customer support team that is second to none!

MICB12
I cannot tell anything with the MICB12 injections. Update 07/29/2026: Although MICB12 did not help me. Belle did make the transaction right. They gave a refund and canceled my subscription. Again, MICB12 will not work for everyone but at least Belle acknowledged that and refunded the purchase.
