Everything perfect, but instead of being the ordered Lion King Version i received a "no brand" Version with just black covered booklet.. Quality is the same a Lion King, took about 3+ weeks (it was within chinese new year time).
First part of the order came after 6 weeks and i am still waiting for the rest.
Jointoy is the 3rd site I ordered brick sets from - I will definitively order again from these guys! Compared to others very fast, well packed. And in general I simply have, based on a short chat, the feeling that Jointoy is passionated. I will support them with future orders, I am very happy!
Fast delivery and good packed Unfortunately one basic plate is broken. I openend a ticket to solve the problem and get a replacement. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for an answer. I know about Chinese New year in this time period but it's over now.
Fast delivery, parcel in good condition, everything alright. Appreciated
Fast delivery, perfect packaging and friendly contact - absolutely recommended!
They had really fast shipping and everything was in great condition. They answered any questions I had and were very helpful.

Overall very good experience with this shop. Excellent customer service. I was sceptical at first, but after the first delivery of my order, that changed immediately. The second order is also already on its way. I will be happy to order here more often.
I have ordered the Cada Pista 488. Quick delivery, very good communication and a great product. Finally an unbeatable price. I will surely buy again at JoinToy.
Everything went fine. Good quality.

Great Response. good products, i am going to order more :)
Excellent shop, very good price - performance ratio, perfect support and service. The owner of the shop always shares the latest important news. 100 percent recommendable!
Bought several pieces off this company now. Arrived complete, well packaged, in good time and is as good a quality as the branded stuff. They have a good range to suit all tastes, their web site is easy to navigate and I get reward points for buying. I will no doubt buy more as their prices are competitive and affordable and there is no reason to go anywhere else!
Hello, I'm still waiting for delivery. Allegedly, the package has been at the destination airport since December 18th.
Hello, I'm sorry you are disappointed with my shop. Due to COVID and winter holiday season, the airports are cluttered with packages and the customs lacking behind. I hope your package will get released soon and you can finally build your set. Kind regards, Weijie Li, Owner of JoinToy
Fast Shipping, good Parts. gladly again Thanks for the sets
