I purchased a Harry Potter lock book, and I wish I never did. It is cheaply made and very flimsy, pure waste of money. The video that they show online is not the item that they send you.

I ordered a blue and a purple paint. After a very long wait, I received 2 purple. I don't need 2 purple, I will never ever use up one, let alone 2. They refuse to help me, I will never order from them again. Zero customer service support. **the company response was ridiculous. I did not order two of the same item! That is insulting and untrue. Horrible customer service, one reply was sent to me in Spanish. This company will not resolve any issues especially the ones they mess up!**

No guarantee of refund if the package is lost
Although the shipping is tracked, there is no guarantee of refund by this site if the package is lost. Already ask for a refund but shipper is just procrastinating all this time since dicember, with inconsistent informations. Besides, even if the address I put is totally correct, the tracking says "undelivered for uncorrect/incomplete address" before saying that the package is lost. I have already contacted all the Italian couriers involved in the shipping and they all said to me and track that the package is lost. I have given all documents and evidences to the shipper. Their logistic company (Yanwen Logistics) tracking is stuck in an old track, totally unreliable, and didn't answer at emails or by other free ways. I ordered from Italy. Be very careful when making orders.

I am VERY disappointed
I am VERY disappointed. When I put down the address for my order (I double checked to make sure it was correct) somehow it shipped to Georgia instead of MA. I only found out a week later……..so now my order is lost and I have tried contacting them but they haven’t responded and it’s been weeks😭.

I'm totally in love with the products, the only thing that can get better is being in a bit safe packaging as the paper prints got crumpled. A cardboard box packaging seems to be a better approach.

This is an honest review for the people who are planning to order from Journalsay, hope it helps. 1. I found Journalsay from @zoscreations and really wanted to buy their products for my birthday. Before purchasing, i was skeptical at first since it was my first time ordering from a different website other than Amazon etc. I asked her if they were REAL and reliable; she said yes and approved so i did buy it. 2.They shipped out within 1 week but it took me 34 days to reach my residence, India. During the transit, I’ll track it every day and after the 23+ days of transit, i would ask people who have already received about how long theirs took. (Average was 20days) Yes, i was a bit upset of my delayed delivery even though it had already reached India. (This was the local carrier’s fault in my town). I contacted them multiple times via Instagram dm and they were quick to respond, i envy their customer service. 3.Now about their products, i was surprised about the good quality. The fragile products were wrapped in separate strong bubble mailers and I received all my orders safely. Although some were a bit smaller than the displayed pictures, I’d give 5 stars for the quality. Overall rating it 4 stars. The one star deduction is only because of my frustration in delayed delivery. That’s the honest as i can be.

This has been the best shopping experience ever🥳😍 All the things were as similar as in product description and the shipping was as they told. It arrived in India in about 2 weeks. Although I would suggest a more sturdy packaging way as the bag in which it came appeared tampered and a bit torn from some places. Overall great experience and I've already placed my 2nd order and am eagerly waiting for it😃
