I bought the product. Paid for expedited shipping. 33 days and it is “damaged and unable to be delivered” by UPS. Customer service refuses to refund my order. They have my money and I literally have nothing.
UPDATE:
Package shows up pretty much in tatters and covered in box tape. Unpacked it and found 50% of the pieces bent, no instructions or parts list. Tried to assemble and gave up. Re-packaged and re-taped the box. I’ve asked for a shipping label and refund.

They have literally now said:
"Due to transportation reasons, the motherboard is squeezed, please try to use pliers to restore it. To compensate for this, We would like a free Joybos® Portable Detachable Folding Mesh Makeup Bag. It is stocked in the US warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for arrival. Would you like to accept it? "
They told me to use pliers to bend back the metal and offered a make up bag?!!?!

I have bought a lot of things from here, everything you sent was just as they were described and was as you see it, delivery was on time, once a parcel came all broken up but you replaced it right away, brilliant.
Placed an order at the end of august and never received. On the map, the shipment is still located in the middle of Italy. I wrote an email to [email protected] and I got no answer. Will I get my shipment? Who knows.

I ordered a 6-level tower. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of these stackable & collapsible boxes. They came in two big brown boxes in the mail. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble the two 3-level towers. I could have made a 6-level but decided to separate them since each set came with one top cover. These boxes must be assembled as a set for the same reason; they are NOT individual boxes with top cover. Delivery is much slower than Amazon Prime. My order took a month to arrive. I'm still happy with this purchase.

I received my Stackable Storage Bins with Lids and Doors and it was great. I had an issue with the delivery as I live in Mexico and it was delivery to Postal Service and didnt know it only remains at their office for 10 days and then returned to sender. When I talked with the customer service was amazing they quickly helped to resend the item and I got it quickly. The product is great and cute, the floor of each box might be a little week so you cannot store heavy things, but time will tell. Easy to assamble.
I love my stair climber. It's light weight but mighty and an engineering marvel. It opens easily and I'm able to bring all my heavy groceries up from our garage with ease. It took weeks to get here, but I'm so glad I waited because I'll have this carry system for life. It's a gem.
Easy assembly, but expected bigger bins. I like how they easily stack and can be moved around. Just wish they were bigger for the price we paid.

Hello dear, please don't worry, we have tested many times and are very sure about the load-bearing capacity of these storage boxes. It could be filled with books or be uses to hold pots and pans.
It was my first time ordering from this company. I was a little leery about placing the order because I’m moving out of state and I didn’t know if I would get it in time. I sent them an email indicating that I had to have my order by a certain date and not only did I receive it in three days, but they followed up with an email to see if I was satisfied and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
5 Unit system arrived more quickly than anticipated. All items in good condition.
The review would be a five if there had been an info sheet regarding the best method of assembly, especially checking the front and rear panel hinges and locking the panel connectors.
This is a drop-shipping "business". The website is impressive for the quality of the product they offer. I would definitely hire the designers of the website and the videos. Because the product looks great but in reality after waiting a long time to get it from China you are disappointed. I ordered a broom and it was broken and dirty. I had to wash it and found a way to fix it. Still the white color in the videos looks high qualitiy but in reality is the cheapest white color you can imagine.. No good qualitiy. I was about to order more things because all their products seem amazing in the videos but I believe in reality they will be extremely bad... I suggest to this company to really reach the quality they falsely advertise because anybody would pay a premium for a such a quality...instead now you lost a customer that was about to buy everything from your brand... and also is too misleading to advertise it as a Japanese product when is in fact Chinese..yeah we all know Japanese products have an amazing quality and that's why any customer can easily fall for this, but as I said, in the long term you are losing the chance to become a top leading company by cheating and faking your products... conclusion : DON'T BUY THIS....
