Juniper Ridge provides high-quality and thoughtfully created products. The scents are long-lasting and truly capture the essence of the locations they are named after. My house currently smells like camping in the Redwoods.
I dislike the over $7 in a special CA tax that I see no where else on top of already high prices for a product I didn't think warranted that. There are very good quality naturally derived and harvested essential oils for less. I think it's over marketed and priced for what it is. Incense was not good at all.
Their products are great quality and smell wonderful, both candles and incense. More than anything, they smell like the real thing. Delivery is fast is too.
Timely shipping and an incredible product. I keep ordering when ever I get close to running out. Friends have tried to steal them!
I love the products from Juniper Ridge, especially the soap bars they do once a year (I wish it was all year around).
When I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, I sent an inquiry to Juniper Ridge's customer service. My email was quickly replied to by Sloane, their customer service representative. After reviewing my order, Sloane let me know that a replacement order had been placed to be certain that my gift was on its way. After the initial response, Sloane continued to update me on the status of the order on a frequent basis. This level of customer service has somewhat disappeared in today's marketing world and was a refreshing change. Juniper Ridge not only has wonderful environmentally friendly products, it also sets the gold standard for customer service. Thank you Juniper Ridge, and Sloane in particular, for a delightful shopping experience.
There was a problem with the a delivery but Juniper Ridge support jumped on it and handled it. Very appreciated.

Purest fragrance of bath soap in the world. Makes my skin smell wonderful and feel so silky smooth. Timely delivery and excellent packaging. Best customer service.
The white sage and mint tea is wonderful. My products shipped fast and communication was great.
Excellent quality, consistent product, and quick shipping. This is my go-to site for natural essential oil blends.
Quick shipping, and very well made. People say I smell like a coastal redwood forest! Which is excellent!
Great products combined with excellent service!!
the incense smells very good and I like how it feels to light it. And it's not too intense like most other incenses.
Love their Doug Fir tea! It was easy to order and the order came fast!
Very pleased, it arrived quickly. The packaging is lovely. The incense itself burns very clean. Clearly made from all nature!
