Incomplete metrics requested for Rx
I did not have the opportunity to input the ADD metric from my Rx nor provide the prescription photo. The Optician will therefore decline approval, stating "prescription does not match patient." Then, justlenses.com will likely as me for the prescription photo, need to resubmit to optician, etc. Why not just invite ADD number upfront?
